Pinterest Most Pinned Fall Jacket Teddy Bear Coat Trend

This season, we’re using that information as our guiding light: According to Pinterest’s latest report (which provides a real time look at what’s trending), faux fur is going to be all over the place this fall. But, don’t expect your standard run-of-the-mill faux fur; per a company press release, “the latest variation on this look is the teddy jacket.” Enter: the super-soft and fluffy coat that happens to have been saved over 1,200 times this year. (If you need some celebrity validation, Selena Gomez is up on the trend, too; the singer was photographed leaving her New York apartment wearing a red one, making us a teddy bear coat even more). And there’s good reason the style is worth investing in: It’s offered in a variety of cuts, colors, and, most importantly, price points — meaning unlike other winter coat trends, you don’t need to drop over $1,000 to get the look for yourself.

Celebrity designer Jonathan Adler features fall design trends

Celebrity designer Jonathan Adler started out with a passion for pottery and turned his love of design into a mission to bring modern American glamour to homes everywhere.

He has over 25 stores bearing his name – and his designs can be found in over 1,000 retailers across the world. He describes his work as style, craft and joy. His style is classic meets modern, always with a bit of humor. He’s a designer, a potter and author.

He visits WCL to talk about the latest design trends for fall.

Some of the trends are:

–Add metallics to combat dark, dull days (with a metallic pillow, for example)
–Add color to combat dark, dull days (with colorful acrylic accessories, for example)
–Up your entertaining game with surreal serve ware that doubles as conversation pieces (like with our Eve Bon Bon Bowl, for example)
–Take your hostess gifts to the next level – no one needs another boring bottle of wine because fall is the season to be invited over to people’s houses as well as having people over. Boxed gifts (such as our coasters, S&P sets, or candles are great affordable options that are pretty enough you don’t even have to wrap them).

7 Easy Hairstyles to Complete Your Fall Outfits

You finally bought a fall piece that you love and adore. You’ve laid out the full outfit on the bed with your accessories and shoes. It looks amazing and you’re going to slay the next day.

For most, it seems that you’re done, but for celebrities and street style stars there’s one more step: deciding your hairstyle.

Your hair has the potential to make your outfit more impactful or dull your look. Low ponytail, half-up, top bun—there are so many options when you’re styling your hair on a day to day. So, how do you decide what looks best?

Cue Mizani Global Artistic Director César DeLeön Ramirêz, whose celebrity clients include Ciara, Rita Ora, Jennifer Hudson and Demi Lovato. When he meets his street style stunners, they normally have an outfit planned, and it’s his job to create a style to match.

“I generally see hairstyle as soon as I look at an outfit. It just flashes through my head,” the beauty pro told E! News, after styling the hair for the Michael Costello SS18 runway show. “But to really make sure that the hair will work, I look at the construction of the clothes. If the collar is high or low, or if the material has embellishments or not, details like these can compete with loose hair. I then look at the overall style—is it elegant, edgy, cool girl, retro? Then, I’ll decide to either complete the story of that look or contrast.”

Based on our favorite trends, the celebrity hairstylist broke down to complete your look this fall. Check out his hairstyle and outfits pairings below!

These Bold Fall Makeup Trends Will Make You Look and Feel Like a Boss

Bold, sexy, and playful—that’s your beauty goal this fall. Step one: Swap out quiet neutrals and show your true colors with statement-making makeup. The “no-makeup makeup” look is over, says Jenn Streicher, a celebrity makeup artist and co-owner of Striiike Beauty Studio in Beverly Hills, California. It’s all about smoky metallic lids, moody dark lips, softly sculpted cheekbones, and a pop of funky nail color (think turquoise, plum, or burnt orange). Whether you rock one or all four of these trends, you’ll feel as confident as you do after an hour of kickboxing. Better yet, they don’t take long at all to master!

Loud Lipstick

When is it not about red wine in fall? From dark lip stains to full mattes, shades of merlot and cabernet look seasonally appropriate now. As the weather turns chillier, condition your lips before trying the trend—remove flakes gently with a mild facial or lip exfoliant, and slick on some balm. (Or try these 5 lip-saving lip care solutions.)

“Otherwise these shades will expose every flaw,” says Toronto-based Maybelline makeup artist Grace Lee. For the cleanest finish, outline with a lip pencil that matches your lipstick, then apply color with a lip brush from the center to outer corners of your mouth.

Chiseled Cheeks

While your skin is still a bit toasty from summer, you may want to let it breathe a bit and forgo foundation. We’re all for that. But don’t skip blush, since it can add balance to a vivid eye or lip. While Kardashian-like definition is better suited to Insta than IRL, a subtly sculpted look is on point. Simply dust an orange (if you’re deeper), a tan (if you’re medium-toned), or a rosy (if you’re fair) blush just below your cheekbones. The goal is to look lit from within, not bathed in color.

Dramatic Eye Shadow

Try blue, green, or plum shadow. “These colors add a hint of drama to otherwise muted fall tones,” says New York City celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose. The new silky textures shown here let you apply with fingers and build to your desired intensity. Simply dot color repeatedly onto lids, working from lash line to crease. Finish with black mascara.

Nail Polish Perfection

The dark side of the rainbow is where you’ll want to turn for nail inspo. Although if you’re really going for it on your lips or eyes, you may want to stay toward the more nude side of the spectrum shown here. A soft mauve is the perfect mix of strong yet soft, says Madeline Poole, a Sally Hansen global color ambassador. “Its hints of pink and white feel similar to face highlighter,” she says. Amp up the color play even further by embellishing the cuticle area with a stripe of another of these shades or a fun metallic polish, Poole says. (Try one of these simple nail art ideas.)

Most Popular Celebrity Fall Haircut – Fine Hair – Hair – DailyBeauty – The Beauty Authority

If there’s one thing we know about
celebrities, it’s that they’re always one step ahead of the trends, specifically
beauty trends. Although, what most people don’t know is that celebrities
get most of their beauty intel from the experts they trust the most: hairstylists and makeup artists. So, we asked celebrity hairstylist Justine Marjan—whose
client list includes Khloé Kardashian and Olivia Culpo—for the hairstyle that her
celebrity clients are requesting the most this fall, and her answer may
surprise you.

“People are asking for blunt ends right now,”
says Marjan. “It’s refreshing from the choppy, shaggy layers that we saw last
season and it helps the hair look super full, thick and healthy.” Unsurprisingly, plenty of celebrities have
already started sporting this look recently and we can’t help but be a fan of
the sharply cut edges right now.

As a bonus, Marjan says this kind of cut
works on all hair lengths and textures—just be sure to use a hydrating shampoo
and conditioner like the TRESemme Repair & Protect 7 collection to keep freshly cut
hair looking healthy for longer. For more celebrity, blunt cut inspiration, see

Demi Lovato’s stylist revealed the biggest hair trend for fall, and we’re not mad about it

<br /> Demi Lovato’s stylist revealed the biggest hair trend for fall, and we’re not mad about it

Frazer Harrison/Getty Images

Happy September! Even though the first day of fall isn’t technically until later this month, we’re already feeling the season start to change. Fortunately, Demi Lovato’s hairstylist just revealed fall’s biggest hair trends. And they’re SO good.

Change is in the air. It’s pumpkin spice latte season at Starbucks. We’re rolling out our fall wardrobes, swapping sundresses for sweaters. It’s only natural that we switch up our hair too. And it looks like way shorter hair is here to stay.

“Longer fringe and a blunt bang will be the go-to this season instead of getting drastic cuts,” Marjan told UsWeekly.com.

If there’s one person who knows what’s on trend, it’s Marjan. In addition to styling Demi Lovato, she also works with Khloe Kardashian, Olivia Culpo, and Shay Mitchell, to name a few of our favorite celebs.

“Last season, it was all about the shag and tons of layers, but now it’s all about one-length all the way around.”

And if you’re still rocking a bob (or a lob), you can rest assured that it’s still on-trend. Marjan is a big fan of the blunt-cut bob.

“Bobs and lobs are going to get slightly longer and have a uniform length all the way across, but they are still going to be a huge trend this season.”

There you have it: This fall, it’s all about the fringe. It’s the perfect haircut for everyone, especially if you want to switch up your look!

Well, maybe not EVERYone. But we bet even Ron Swanson could pull off blunt bangs.

Demi Lovato’s Hairstylist Talks Fall 2017’s Celebrity Hair Trends

Justine Marjan is the mane lady behind some of the most famous heads of hair in Hollywood: Shay Mitchell, Olivia Culpo, Khloe Kardashian and Demi Lovato, for starters. So trust Us when we say she is ahead of the curve when it comes to the trends. Stylish sat down with the celebrity hairstylist and TRESemmé brand ambassador to talk all things hair, including the updates we should make to our ‘dos for a fresh new look this season.

Get In On Shiny, Reflective Strands

Most important: Lustrous hair with lots of shine is going to be everything. According to Marjan, texture isn’t going anywhere, but shiny hair is making a comeback in a major way (think reflective hair à la Kim K.’s Cher-Inspired Harpers Bazaar Shoot). Whether your hair is short, long or even cropped, Marjan suggests reaching for a product like TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Keratin Infusing Smoothing Serum to control frizz and flyaways, protect hair from damage and impart a mirror-like sheen.

Make a Small Change With Big Payoff: Cut Bangs

Marjan said that fringe will be huge this fall — perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to change things up too much. “Longer fringe and a blunt bang will be the go-to this season instead of getting drastic cuts,” she says.

One-Length Hair Is Hot

Hello blunt trims, buh-bye choppy cuts. “Last season, it was all about the shag and tons of layers, but now it’s all about one-length all the way around” said Marjan, who explained that to make your hair look on trend for fall opt for a blunt cut, no matter your length.

The Bob-Mob Is Here to Stay, But The Story Is Getting Longer

Bobs, lobs and wobs will remain chic. So if you’re ready to give the trend a go, the stylist, who was behind recent sleek blunt chin-length looks from Kardashian and Culpo tells Us: “Bobs and lobs are going to get slightly longer and have a uniform length all the way across, but they are still going to be a huge trend this season.”

Get On Board With Hair Accessories

Even if your hair is short, actually, especially if it’s short, hair bling is for you. Marjan suggests adorning crops and pixies, citing Cara Delevingne’s epic looks of the past summer. The best part? You can bump up your look without waiting for your hair to grow and it’s not permanent.

Maintain Your Hair Health

Regardless of whatever changes you make (or don’t) to update your hair for fall, healthy hair remains the ideal. Says Marjan: “Hair will look good no matter how you wear it if it is healthy.” Start by getting a trim, and then “use a mask, like the TRESemmé Keratin Solutions one a couple of times a week and a serum to give your hair some sheen,” explains Marjan. The stylist also suggests small changes such as not using the highest temperature setting on heat tools while styling hair, as well as minimizing how often you heat style your hair.

The Best Beauty Trends for Fall 2017: Buzz Cuts, Dark Lipstick, and More

August still has its fair share of sunny weekends and watermelon coolers ahead, but with Labor Day on the horizon, it’s time to reflect on the beauty trends that dominated summer—while taking stock of those that will transition seamlessly into fall. Seeking a dramatic transformation by way of the scissors? Look to gender-bending buzz cuts à la Kristen Stewart and Cara Delevingne. On the opposite side of the spectrum, Jennifer Lopez, Rita Ora and beauty chameleon Zendaya opted for 70’s-inspired, fuzzy curls, letting the humidity play to their advantage. And while nude makeup continues its stronghold year round, special MVP status is awarded to those who reached for bright pops of crimson, aqua and teal eyeshadow instead.

Here, 5 standout beauty trends to try now and wear into fall.

8988120fp

Retro 70s Curls
Summer’s steady humidity index found fluffy curls living up to their larger-than-life potential, with Solange, Zendaya and even fashion’s youngest rising beauty star, North West infusing fuzzy coils with a subtly retro appeal that will look just as right with crisp cardigans, sequined jackets, and flared denim.

8992717f

Gothic Plum Lips
Amidst a sea of tangerines and poppy pinks, dark lipstick made a moody comeback. From Chrissy Teigen to Lily Collins, even fresh-faced optimists will find themselves dipping into the trend when the temperatures drop.

Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin

Risky Skin Reveals
Bare skin dominated as one of the most double tapped trends of summer, with models Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin taking their swimwear-inspired looks from the beach to the city streets. Whether they were showing off a sculpted six pack, #freeingthenipple or experimenting with bold new notions of going braless, body confidence was on full display.

700067268GO432_Celebrity_Si

The New Short
Just when air dried waves were threatening to sweep another summer, along came Cara Delevingne and Kristen Stewart with a series of game changing chops that volleyed between buzz cuts, sleeks pixies and variations on the micro-crop. Even Kate Hudson traded in her famously sunny blonde lengths for a career-defining shave that proved the quickest way to reinvent your look is with a pair of shears.

96940400

Playful Pops of Color
Beauty risk takers proved why the best way to stand out on the red carpet involves dipping into colorful pots of eye shadow: Rita Ora splashed icy blue across her lids, Yara Shahidi painted on creamy lemon hues and Selena Gomez pulled off a potentially tricky magenta shadow, effortless as always and pretty in pink.
